When you place an order, there are several things to know.
Most items are directly on stock. As we are a shop on events too, it can happen we've sold out or we can't reply immediately whether something is available or not. Because most of our items are handmade, it can take a while to get restocked again. This is certainly the case in the summertime when we have loads of events, as well as our suppliers. We will keep you up to date regularly about the status of your order.
There are 3 payment options: banktransfer, paypal and paying on events. When you're in the Netherlands, you can pick it up at our home (we don't have an actual shop) or one of the many events we will be attending. We prepare your order and it will be ready for you on the event you're attending too.
Shipment is based on weight and not on size. As we have small and big items, we decided to calculate the prices for normal packages and not letter sized packages. If you order small items like pins and buttons, let us know and we will see if we can lower the shipping costs for you.
We have made our website in English. But this is not the only language we know. You can use Dutch, German French and of course English if you want to contact us.
